Yum, yum!!
I got some ground bison meat from Fresh Direct on Saturday, so I thought I’d give it a go for dinner last night! Topped with an heirloom tomato from the farmers’ market, a slice of red onion, a sprinkle of gruyere cheese, ketchup, and on stone-ground/whole-wheat, sourdough toast (also from the farmers’ market) – it was perfection. I broiled it for about 8 minutes per side, under high heat, and it came out juicy and delicious.
