Afternoon Delight

There is nothing better than some wine and cheese deliciousness with a friend!

I had a meeting on 6th and 23rd, so I took a walk over to  Eataly  afterward to pick up some hard-to-find groceries and bought some fresh figs ($3 each), some marinated olives (about $12 per pound), and Capriccio Tres Latti Cheese (see below):

Afterward, I stopped at Brooklyn Larder to pick up a brick oven baguette:

And some Roquefort:

And some dried pears:

And finally, I grabbed a recommended bottle of white wine from  Fermented Grapes  in Prospect Heights:

What a great start to the evening!!
