Aioli Part II

BLAT

As I mentioned, I am trying not to waste anything in my fridge, and I had just enough of theĀ  Lemon and Horseradish Aioli leftover to make an intensely gluttonous BLAT (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, and Tomato sandwich)!

Layer One - Heirloom Tomatoes

This sandwich would be delicious with just the above, if you aren’t a meat lover!

I enjoyed this monster sandwich with some Plungerhead Old Vine Zinfandel!
